The new collection appeals to designers and homeowners who appreciate modern architecture, as well as use of "resource responsible" natural wood grains and finishes, according to Kathleen Donohue, CMKBD, designer of the collection. "These door styles have clean lines and a simple, sculpted look, with streamlined styling."
The Mid Century Modern collection is available in ten door styles: Post Modern, Cubist, Split Level, Biscayne Bay, Barcelona, Butterfly Roof, Golden Gate, Route 66, Flat Frame and Dominoes. The doors are crafted from a variety of wood veneers, including Steamed Beech, Mahogany, Quarter Sawn Ash, Rift White Oak, Alder, Clear Vertical Grain Fir and Walnut.
Like all of Neil Kelly's four cabinet collections, Mid Century Modern cabinet boxes are made using a no-added urea formaldehyde agri-board, solid wood and veneers from sustainable resources, low VOC glues, binders, adhesives and natural furniture-grade finishes. They also carry a five year limited warranty.
