This network support plan is inspired by the current economic recession. Declining revenues have forced an evaluation of all operations. There continues to be a need to support already installed network infrastructure. This will include additions and removals of network connections and devices. This critical need must be balanced with the expense of an additional human resource in staff. An alternative to a dedicated on staff person would be the sharing of a remote resource. It makes sense when you consider that high-level skills are only needed during network changes and emergencies. The rest of the time when the network is operating normally, this resource is at risk of being non productive. We propose that a support plan with a fixed monthly commitment by both parties will yield a cost effective solution for customer, better allocation of human resources by Getnet, Inc., and no loss in quality of work.
With 15 years of experience in operating an Internet Service Provider, Getnet, Inc. is opening access to its best engineers to support your network. Our staff has configured and passed BGP routes to almost all national Internet Carriers at least once. Our Company name and ASN number is one of the longest established names in the Internet market.
This is not off shore out sourced network support. All customers who subscribe to this service will get my personnel cell phone to escalate critical network down issues. If the on call resources are not available, I will do the work myself. Good planning is good business management.

40 hours work per month
Support IP/BGP/MPLS/ATM/Frame Relay/MLPPP/PPP/HDCL and other popular network protocols
Will do monthly updates of VISIO network Map as needed
Perform network device backups with off site copies
Provide and maintain Critical Information Documentation
1. Carrier and contact information for circuit support
2. Device locations, access to device information
3. Network device passwords
Network audit to verify accessibility to network device
Billing audit, this verifies company is receiving what it.s paying for
Use audit will verify company still has a need for existing services installed
Network monitoring
Automatic access to pool of spare equipment for emergencies.
Will travel to remote sites
$2000 per month 12-month minimum
Travel is minimum 10 hour day + expenses
Hourly rate in excess of 40 hours in a month is $125 per hour
